This is a cool piece on Thomas Jefferson from the Pursuit of Happiness blog.  He was a pretty cool dude.  I didn’t know, though, that the slave who bore six of his children was also his wife’s half-sister.  That’s a pretty huge FML moment for Martha, right?  So…yay for Jefferson minus slaves and sexcapades?  Good job building that cool house?
