Somehow pomegranates have been infiltrating my life recently.  Unfortunately this does not involve eating or drinking juice, but rather encountering them in art and literature.  The mythology surrounding the pomegranate, be it Greek, Jewish, or otherwise, is actually pretty interesting.  What a strange and delightful fruit.  Wish I had some juice now…
