Dear AT&T,

It would be lovely to

  • call you and reach someone in less than twenty-five minutes,
  • call you without your automated answering services hanging up on me,
  • or be able to speak to the first service representative who answers instead of being transferred once or twice thereafter only to be placed on hold again.

And, you know.  If one day I could call you *once* about a problem in order to have it addressed, instead of three, four, five, or six times, I would be very impressed, especially if in addressing the initial problem, your service representatives did not create two or three new ones in error.
