I think “figures in nature wearing animal masks” is, by now, an entire genre of photography. I say that more as an observation than anything else. I’m still intrigued and moved by the genre, even though it’s pretty formulaic.

Hi, I'm Glynnis.

I grew up in Birmingham, Alabama. I recently lived and studied in Paris, France. This summer I'm living in New York City and working in a book arts studio.

My photos and videos are scattered across the web. Sometimes I write about travel and the places I visit.
